The Professional Edge
Following a professional consultation, all treatments are performed in our warm, friendly, clinical environment by highly qualified, highly experienced staff. All consultations for non-surgical treatments are performed personally by our physician and Nurse with the highest qualifications.
Your Safety
Your safety is our priority. All treatments performed at The Otto Clinic have been rigorously researched - we never compromise on client safety and use only leading, reputable, trademarked brands that are CE or FDA approved for our treatment procedures. All of our treatment rooms and facilities conform to the standards set by the HSE.
Principled Recommendations
We offer impartial, expert advice to our patients and only recommend the treatments that are appropriate for them. We will not perform treatments on clients with potential contraindications. Clients are required to complete a health questionnaire during consultation and prior to treatment. The Otto Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment in instances where the procedure is considered unsuitable for the client.
Professional Integrity
The Otto Clinic personnel will only communicate realistic expectations to clients, with regard to the anticipated results from aesthetic procedures.
Discretion
The Otto Clinic clients are assured of complete professional discretion and privacy at all times. All client records are maintained in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
Cancellation Policy
We require a twenty four hour notice period for cancelled appointments and due to the high volume of our bookings, request that clients advise of cancellations as early as possible in order for us to accommodate other clients waiting for an appointment.
Consultation Fee is chargeable on certain treatments. Clients will be notified of the applicable fee when booking their appointment.
