Meet The Team
Ita Murphy, Managing Director, RGN, Aesthetic Practitioner
Ita is Managing Director of The Otto Clinic, Limerick. A fully qualified nurse and homeopath with over 25 years’ experience, she has a keen interest in dermatology and has been practising non-invasive, anti-ageing techniques since 2005.

Ita was trained in Harley Street, London in Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) Therapy and was the first to introduce it to Ireland. Today, she is recognised as a leading PRP practitioner, trainer and lecturer both in Ireland and the U.K. Ita also has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in facial contouring & volume replacement techniques.
Alison Martin,
Aesthetic Practitioner
Alison has worked at The Otto Clinic since 2014 and specialises in a range of non-invasive aesthetic treatments including BBL Hero Laser, Vivace RF Microneedling, Hydrafacial, Hydrafacial Keravive and Microneedling with Exosomes.

She has built up a wealth of expertise and knowledge over her many years of practice in this area. Alison has a comprehensive approach to skin health, combining her expertise in aesthetics with her in-depth knowledge of skincare and skin products. She brings this wealth of knowledge to client skin consultations, advising on skincare routines and recommendation of suitable aesthetic treatments and skincare products.

Her passion is to enable clients to enhance their confidence and natural beauty while maintaining vibrant, glowing skin, all delivered with the highest standard of patient care.
Anne Haugh, Clinic Manager & Receptionist
Anne has run The Otto Clinic reception with a steady hand since 2020. She is a dedicated multitasker, running the clinic while meticulously handling client enquiries by telephone and email.
Anne loves interacting with people and her sunny personality is the first interface that our clients have with the clinic.
Olivia English, RGN,
Aesthetic Practitioner
Olivia qualified with a Diploma in Nursing from National University Ireland, Galway. With over 20 years’ experience, Olivia has a keen interest in non-invasive skin therapies and has specialised in PRP and Anti-Wrinkle treatments.
In addition to being a qualified nurse, Olivia trained at the Harley Academy, London.
Dr. Mari Gleeson, GP & Aesthetic Practitioner
Dr Mari Gleeson is a Limerick-based GP with a passion for aesthetics and a Professional Diploma in Dermatology from the Royal College of Physicians, Ireland. With more than 5 years of experience as a practising GP, Mari brings a wealth of clinical experience to the team.
She specialises in cosmetic dermatology with a special interest in injectables, laser therapies, skin conditions such as Acne and sun-damaged skin issues. She has extensive experience with non-invasive treatments including BBL Hero (Broadband Laser), Polynucleotides, Profhilo, PRP Therapy and Anti Wrinkle injections. Mari is dedicated to helping each patient solve their skin issues by bringing her extensive knowledge to each and every case.
