Cancellation Policy

Our clinic is extremely busy and if we do not get sufficient cancellation notice for a booking, it means that other clients will not get appointments. Therefore, we have a 48 hour cancellation policy to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Bookings are subject to a deposit in advance of your appointment which will be forfeited in the event of failure to attend or provide 48 hours notice. The Otto Clinic is committed to providing our wonderful clients with outstanding service and this is the best way to reduce missed appointments and ensure that all our clients get the attention they deserve. All cancellations should be submitted by email to info@theottoclinic.ie. Bookings cancelled before the 48 hour notice period are fully refundable or can be rescheduled at no additional cost.
